CEO'S MESSAGE: Anton Colella

2020: the year when humanity mattered

COVID changed our world. It changed the way we work, the way we think, but most importantly how we feel.

The buzz in boardrooms across the world at the beginning of the year was all about the infinite power of technology. Artificial intelligence, big data, and machine learning would dramatically improve our businesses, make our services more efficient and let our people focus on what really mattered. The potential for digital transformation seemed limitless.

And then came COVID. With uncertainty and anxiety becoming the norm, we quickly discovered we had to do things differently. We had to bring humanity back.

As a Network that promises to help our people, our clients and our communities thrive, doing what’s right was never more important. In 2020, we knew we needed to build deeper connections, remove physical barriers and demonstrate that kindness counts. We needed to take Moore Global to the next level.

To do this, we had to remind ourselves that our clients are first and foremost human beings facing a multitude of challenges every day. They greatly value authentic and sincere kindnesses expressed in the professional companionship and support we give them, especially during these difficult times.

And it’s these kindnesses that will endure much longer than a transactional relationship.

Likewise for our people. At Moore, we are family. And, like any family, we look out for one another, support each other and build each other up.

I am extremely proud of how we came together in 2020 to do more for our clients and demonstrate that kindness is good for business.
